Dear Tenants

In preparation for hurricane Irma it is important to to follow some safety procedures. Please make sure that there is no furniture outside. If you need to board up your windows you may do so. If you have not cleared your backyard, please do so today.

Please take some pictures of outside as well as inside your houses. Please send it as soon as possible to manager@NationOneProperties.com or text it to 305 908 3831. Those pictures will be very helpful in case there is a damage to the property.  If there is a damage to your property after  the hurricane, please take detailed pictures and email it to manager@NationOneProperties.com or text it to 305 908 3831. 

This will help us repair the properties you occupy in timely manner.

Please do not wait until last minute to make a decision.

If you deposited your rent directly to our account at Bank Of America for this month and didn't write YOUR RESIDENCE or NAME on the deposit slip, please let us know TODAY the exact amount of the deposit and the date, the deposit was made, to avoid late payment fees.
